SEEKING NEW BOARD MEMBERS

The Polk County Continuum of Care is currently accepting applications for open board member terms beginning July 1, 2020.  Candidates go through an application and appointment process.  Initial terms for board members are three years with the possibility of a second three year term.  The application includes a board member job description as well as board member expectations.

The CoCB will be accepting applications from interested candidates. The Board will accept and review applications from any interested party, but it is specifically requesting those applicants who represent an area of expertise noted below.

  • Youth Voice
  • Lived Experience 
  • Higher Education
  • Workforce

 Applications are due to aarthur@pchtf.org by the end of the day on May 8, 2019. 

Attend A Meeting

The best way to get involved with the Polk County Continuum of Care is to attend a meeting. Our Committee and Board meetings are open to the public. All meetings are listed on the calendar below.
